This tournament will take place August 16-18, 2024, at Ivan Miller Field in Playa del Rey, CA, featuring talented 15U boys from across Southern California to celebrate the spirit of the game that Bo cherished.
Lance “Bo” Chavez was not only a dedicated serviceman but also a mentor to countless young athletes, instilling in them the values of teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship. The Bases for Bo Tournament aims to continue his mission by fostering youth engagement and creating an enriching environment where young players can showcase their skills and love for baseball.
In addition to the thrilling competition, the Live Aloha Foundation will present four scholarships to deserving young athletes during the tournament. These scholarships are designed to support the educational and athletic pursuits of young individuals who embody Bo’s spirit and commitment to excellence.
